Infragas Norge AS is a single purpose company established in 2011 for the purpose of acquiring a 5.006% interest in Gassled from A/S Norske Shell.

Infragas ultimate parent is Canadian pension fund manager Public Sector Pension Investment Board ("PSP Investments", one of Canada's largest pension investment manager with 76.1 billion of assets under management as at March 31, 2013.

PSP investment is a Crown Corporation established to manage employer and employee net contributions to various pension funds of the federal Public Service, the Canadian Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and since March 1, 2007, of the Reserve Force.

The PSP Investments staff counts over 450 professionals that manage a diversified global portfolio including stocks, bonds and other fixed-income securities, and investments in Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Renewable Resources. PSP Investments main business office is in Montreal and the head office is in Ottawa.

PSP Investments holds substantial infrastructure investment around the world, focusing on direct investments in the transportation, utilities, power and energy sectors. PSP investments have a long-standing experience from infrastructure investments and are used to cooperating closely with regulators in this respect. Infragas and PSP investments' objective in acquiring a Gassled interest was to become a long term committed owner of gas infrastructure as well as a long term reliable contributor of capital and competence, an ambition that can only be fulfilled under a stable and predictable regulatory regime.

HANS KR. RØD - Chair of the Board

 Board member since November 11, 2011

Mr. Rød served as Corporate representative - Norway for Fortum Corporation from 2003 until his retirement in May 2013. During his career with Fortum, from 1991 until 2013, Mr. Rød held various senior managerial positions including CEO of Fortum Petroleum AS and Executive vice president - E&P Division. Mr. Rød has held a number of Board positions in public companies, including PA Resources, Hafslund ASA, Infratek ASA as well as various companies partly or wholly owned by Fortum group. Mr. Rød holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Mrs. Légaré, Senior Director Infrastructure Investments, joined PSP Investments in 2010. From 2000 to 2010, Mrs. Légaré held various positions at SNC-Lavalin Capital Inc. leading her to become Vice-president, Project Financing where she is responsible for the financing of infrastructure investments. Mrs. Légaré holds a Bachelor degree from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal, Canada.


Board member since December 23, 2015

Mr. Busch served as General Counsel in Statkraft in the period from 2005 to 2016 when he retired. He is now associated with the Law firm BA-HR. He has previously been Partner in the Law firm Schjødt AS and General Counsel in Telenor AS. Mr. Busch holds a Master of Law from the University of Oslo. Mr. Busch has held a series of Board positions, including Statkraft Treasury Center SA, Statkraft Norfund Power Invest AS and SmartCom Media AS.



Mr. Nørve was appointed CEO of Infragas Norge AS in February 2012.

Prior to joining Infragas Norge AS, Mr.Nørve held a position as senior partner in Norwegian based oil&gas consultancy firm Rystad Energy. Before joining Rystad, Mr. Nørve served as an Energy &Technology Counsellor at the Norwegian Embassy in London and as a partner in the Scandinavian consultancy firm ECON Analysis. Prior to that, he served 12 years with Fortum Petroleum where he held several positions with petrophysics, geology, asset management and commercial - and finally as Operations Manager in charge of all the aforementioned areas.

Mr. Nørve is a graduated (MSc) petroleum engineer and geologist from NTNU - Norwegian University of Science and Technology - in Trondheim, Norway.

NJÅL SÆTER - Technical & EHS Director

Mr. Sæter holds the position as Technical & EHS Director of Infragas Norge AS, and has been with the company since September 2012.

He has more than 20 years of experience from the oil and gas industry. He has previously worked in various positions in Norsk Hydro and Statoil, within process engineering and flow assurance, as senior engineer and advisor.

Mr. Sæter holds an BCs with honors in Natural Gas Engineering from the University of Salford, UK, and Bedriftsøkonom from Bedriftsøkonomisk Institutt.

RIGMOR ERIKSEN - Financial Director

Mrs. Eriksen holds the position as Financial Director of Infragas Norge AS, and has been with the company since October 2012.

She has more than 10 years of experience from the oil and gas industry. She has previously worked for the Norwegian Oil Taxation Office and Fortum Petroleum AS. Mrs Eriksen has also served as Chief Financial Officer in Intex Resources ASA (listed on OSE) and as Vice President Group Accounting in RS Platou ASA.

Mrs. Eriksen holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Business and Administration (NHH).

ALEXANDER ENGH - Commercial Director

Mr. Engh holds the position as Commercial Director of Infragas Norge AS, and has been with the company since May 2012.

He has previously worked for ExxonMobil in Norway and the UK within commercial management of natural gas infrastructure and various positions within finance and corporate planning. He also has experience from infrastructure transactions and gas market analysis from management consulting at Deloitte and Sund Energy.

Mr. Engh holds an MSc degree in Finance and Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

ANDERS GULBRANDSEN - Financial Analyst

Mr. Gulbrandsen holds the position as Financial Analyst of Infragas Norge AS, and has been with the company since August 2014.

He has previously worked for Rystad Energy and Deloitte in Oslo with economic modeling and review of global markets for oil companies and oilfield service companies for use in strategic decision making, screening of M&A candidates, commercial due diligence, valuations of companies, oil & gas assets, infrastructure and other assets for industrial companies, financial investors and authorities.

Mr. Gulbrandsen holds a MSc degree in Economics and Business Administration from NHH Norwegian School of Economics.


Hanne Christensen holds the position as Office Manager of Infragas Norge AS, and has been with the company since October 2012.

Ms. Christensen joined Infragas after working in various administrative roles at KPMG and Scatec.


In September 2011, Infragas Norge AS entered into a binding agreement to buy A/S Norske Shell's 5.006% interests in natural gas transport infrastructure joint venture Gassled and associated interests of 3.3% in Dunkerque Terminal and 2.5% in Zeepipe Terminal for a consideration of NOK 3.925 million (USD 730 million).

The transaction was approved by the Norwegian Government in December 2011 and the transaction was completed early January 2012.

The Gassled JV with terminals hold a license to operate until end of 2028 and it is expected that the integrated transportation and processing network will continue to operate for a considerable time beyond license expiry.
